Hand held x-ray has been a low cost option for many clinics that wish to provide a mobile service as well. Our mobile units provide lead acrylic safety barriers to protect against direct and scatter radiation. A lead back shield is also installed to protect the user.
Good diagnosis starts with the best image quality. To produce sharp, clear radiographic our hand held mobile units have a 0.4 mm focal spot plus a 60kV DC X-ray generator that delivers consistent exposure for the reliable diagnostic images.
There are considerable cost savings as the mobility of the hand held unit requires no installation whilst expanding workflow to the field.
